Oh — and our giveaways are kind of legendary.
FULL SERVICE · WE DO THE WORK
This is a hands-on service, not a coaching session. We optimize your Google Business Profile, set up a system for requesting real customer reviews, and respond professionally to every existing review. You give us the business details and approve the finished work; we handle the setup.
For nearby customers, your Google profile is your storefront. The pilot strengthens that foundation before you commit to a monthly plan. If you decide to continue, the next step is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly plan, all quoted in writing first.
AI discoverability: Your Google profile is what AI quotes when customers ask for a business like yours. BrightLocal found the Google Business Profile supplies 28.5% of all AI citations for local businesses (Aug 2026 study, 1,355 locations, ~1.97M citations), and 45% of U.S. consumers used AI for local recommendations in the past year, up from 6% (BrightLocal 2026 consumer survey) — and 97% of them double-check AI recommendations against real reviews. The Pilot builds exactly those inputs: a complete profile, a steady flow of real reviews, and clean business info everywhere. Nothing here guarantees AI will recommend you — it makes you citable when it does.
AI assistants are how customers start finding businesses now — but almost nobody stops there. 23% of consumers used AI in their most recent local search (BrightLocal, Oct 2026), and 75% of those who used AI to find a local business still checked Google or Google Maps before calling (eMarketer, Sept 2026). The Pilot covers both ends of that journey: the AI-readable profile, and the Google storefront people double-check.
And being findable isn’t being recommended: a benchmark of 100 small businesses found 80 were “ghosted” — never recommended at all — by ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini, despite scoring well on being found and trusted (Modern Asset Lab Match Protocol, Oct 14, 2026). Closing that gap is what the Pilot is for.
Here’s what actually separates the businesses in Google’s top 3: a median of 10 new reviews every 30 days — against 6 for the ones below them — and answering at least half of their recent reviews (TopiLeads, 1,002 profiles audited, Sept 2026). That’s the review flow the Pilot sets up for you, and the replies our Review Responses plan handles for you.
Best for: established local businesses — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, remodelers, auto repair, towing — whose Google profile is thin, out of date, or missing real reviews.
Exactly what happens: (1) we audit your Google profile, (2) we fix it top to bottom, (3) we set up your review-request system and tell you exactly when to ask — usually within a week. You always know the next step.
$99 one-time · full-service · no monthly plan required
Pay $99No monthly plan required · no contract — cancel anytime · you approve everything before it goes live · two revision rounds included.
Why $99? Across the market, one-time professional profile setup typically runs $99–$450 — the Pilot sits at the bottom of that range because AI handles the production work and human marketing experts review every detail. Narrow scope, no sales team, no retainer. Every job is quoted in writing before work starts.
Not the AI Setup Session: that separate offer is coaching instead — we teach you to use AI in your business, and you do the work yourself. Mention it in your quote request.
Start free: run our free Google Profile Grader — a live grade of your rating, reviews, photos, and hours in about a minute. It's the same checklist the $99 Pilot works through, so you see exactly what you'd be paying to fix.
Start free: the Free AI Website Audit runs 101 checks across your website, Google profile, reviews, and AI visibility — written report in your inbox within 24 hours, no charge.

Expert, human-led guidance for the real work behind a business — from figuring out what to do first, to researching and reviewing a deal, to keeping plans, emails, and next steps moving month after month.
For people starting a business. Work through the finances, logistics, launch roadmap, and what to do first in one focused session.
For people buying a business. Get a full written teardown of the seller's confidential information memorandum — financials, red flags, a valuation reality check, and what to ask next.
Ongoing advisory for the work that follows: research completed, emails drafted, plans built, and next steps mapped — month after month.
AI can help you launch a detailing service, cleaning company, food business, online shop, or nearly any other venture. But starting quickly is not enough. Customers still need to find you, trust you, and understand why they should choose you.
SIDE HUSTLE
You should not have to learn five marketing apps between shifts. We set up your Google profile, first posts, and review link so the business looks established from the first search — even while you are still working your day job.
MAIN BUSINESS
If the business has to replace a paycheck, generic AI copy will not carry it. We sharpen your offer, build a profile around what customers actually search, and write in your voice — not the same phrases used by every other AI-started business.
DON'T KNOW AI AT ALL
For full-service work, you do not need a ChatGPT account, prompt tricks, or another dashboard. Tell us what you sell in plain language. We use AI behind the scenes, review the work carefully, and send the finished version for your approval.
The research points to two problems before everything else: building something before anyone agrees to pay for it, then failing to reach enough buyers. AI can make both problems worse. Building is so cheap and fast that beginners often skip validation, while the same generic output floods the same crowded channels. The harder skills still matter: choosing a specific buyer, reaching that buyer, asking for the sale, and charging enough to cover the real costs. For context, Bureau of Labor Statistics data shows that about 20% of new businesses close in year one, about 50% by year five, and about 65% by year ten.
Evidence — strong. CB Insights' analysis of 431 venture-backed shutdowns since 2023 found poor product-market fit in 43% of cases — the leading root cause once "ran out of capital" is recognized as the final event, not the cause. AI lowers the cost of building to near zero, so beginners produce the product first and discover demand never existed.
THE FIX — Validate with money, not compliments: name one specific buyer and one painful problem, interview 10–15 of them, and pre-sell (deposit, paid pilot, or pre-order) before building more. A landing page and a waitlist alone are not validation. Kill or narrow the idea if nobody pays.
Paid help: offered as a custom project — request a quote and we will price it in writing.
Evidence — strong. The Federal Reserve's 2025 Small Business Credit Survey report found reaching customers / growing sales was the #1 operational challenge, cited by 57% of employer firms. Constant Contact (2024, 1,300+ businesses) found acquiring new customers was the top marketing challenge (60%), 73% lacked confidence in their marketing, and only 16% were confident they used the right channels. This is distinct from #1: an offer can be wanted and still die invisible.
THE FIX — Pick one channel where your specific buyer already is, and run a 30-day distribution routine before building more product: regular outreach and content aimed at that buyer, a clear next step (book, buy, join the list) on every asset, and an email capture so your reach is not rented. Measure inquiries, not likes.
Paid help: included in the $349 Launch Kit as phase two.
Evidence — moderate to strong. Google's March 2024 scaled-content-abuse update deindexed 837 tracked sites that together lost about 20.7 million monthly visits; all showed signs of AI content and half were 90–100% AI posts (Search Engine Journal tracking data). Practitioner post-mortems report the same pattern for prompt packs, generic ebooks, and faceless content services: easy to make means made by thousands, and buyers stop caring.
THE FIX — Niche down to a micro-problem for a named buyer, and add what AI cannot copy: your own experience, examples, data, before-and-afters, and a specific promised result. Rewrite the offer so a buyer can answer in seconds: what it is, who it is for, what result. Human-edit every customer-facing asset.
Paid help: offered as a custom project — request a quote and we will price it in writing.
Evidence — moderate to strong. A Raptive study of 3,000 US adults (reported in Adweek, July 2025) found trust fell by nearly half when content was merely suspected to be AI-made — even when it was not — and purchase consideration and willingness to pay a premium fell 14% alongside suspected-AI content. BrightLocal's research found that most consumers check reviews (Google, about 83% in 2025) before choosing a local business.
THE FIX — Show the human: a named founder photo and about page, a real story and location, real reviews collected systematically, real examples of the work, and a real contact route that actually responds. Disclose AI assistance honestly where relevant instead of hiding it.
Paid help: Trust Kit — $289 one-time · the $99 Google Pilot covers the profile and review-system part of this
Evidence — moderate for abandonment and time; weak (practitioner opinion only) for "shiny object syndrome" as a named cause. Constant Contact found 52% of small businesses routinely put off marketing and 56% have an hour or less a day for it. An Ownr Canada survey found time was side hustlers' top challenge (28%), with burnout / work-life balance at 25%. As an enterprise analogue, S&P Global found 42% of companies abandoned most AI initiatives in 2025, up from 17% in 2024. No survey or dataset was found that quantifies idea-hopping between niches or tools as a failure cause — that claim rests on practitioner blogs and opinion, so treat it that way.
THE FIX — One offer, one channel, 90 days before judging. A fixed weekly rhythm small enough to survive a day job, one page of numbers checked weekly, and new ideas parked in a written list instead of acted on. This is a system fix, not a motivation fix — which is why the detailed version below is free help, not a product.
Evidence — moderate to strong as a general killer; weak as a specifically-AI-measured cause. CB Insights found unsustainable unit economics in 19% of shutdowns. The Federal Reserve survey found rising costs were the top financial challenge (about 75%), with paying operating expenses and uneven cash flow cited by roughly half. Bankrate's 2025 side-hustle survey: the median side hustle earns $200/month and 28% earn $1–$50/month. No study was found isolating AI subscriptions and ad spend as the breaking cost specifically — that mechanism is plausible arithmetic, not measured data, and we flag it as such.
THE FIX — Do the full-cost math before launch: your price has to cover tool subscriptions, platform and marketplace fees, an ad/test budget, payment fees, tax, and your own time at a stated rate — at a realistic, low sales volume. Price to the outcome for a specific buyer, package instead of discounting, and set a walk-away number: if X sales at $Y by date Z do not cover costs, reprice or stop.
Paid help: offered as a custom project — request a quote and we will price it in writing.
Evidence — moderate. CreatorIQ (2025) found platform algorithm changes and volatility were creators' most-cited barrier (18%). Google's March 2024 deindexing (see #3) is the same risk in search form: one policy update erased about 20.7 million visits a month across the tracked sites. The evidence is survey fragments plus cases, not a failure-rate study.
THE FIX — Never let one platform be both your shopfront and your customer list: own a simple website, an email list, and at least one direct contact channel; export your customers and leads weekly; treat marketplace and social reach as rented discovery that feeds assets you own. For local businesses, spread reviews and listings beyond a single profile.
Paid help: the $349 Launch Kit builds both — the owned email capture and your own one-page website.
Evidence — moderate as a risk; low as a proven primary cause of business death. An NP Digital study (vendor research, so treat it as directional) found 47.1% of marketers encountered AI inaccuracies several times a week and 36.5% said hallucinated content had been published. The US Copyright Office (January 2025) ruled purely AI-generated material is not copyrightable and prompts alone do not make the user an author — so a raw AI ebook or art product may be an asset you cannot protect and anyone may copy. No evidence was found that this is a top killer on its own; the realistic damage is refunds, bad reviews, takedowns, and wasted ad spend that compound #3 and #4.
THE FIX — A human verification pass on every customer-facing claim: check facts, names, prices, citations, and promises against a source; never let AI write legal, health, financial, or compliance claims unchecked; add genuine human authorship and editing so the asset is protectable; and keep a one-page pre-publish checklist. For regulated areas, get real legal advice — a checklist is not legal advice, and neither is this page.
Paid help: AI Output QA Audit — $59 one-time (see One-time projects below)
Evidence — weak: practitioner consensus only. No 2024–2026 survey quantifying sales aversion as a failure cause was found. It is best treated as a mechanism inside #2: distribution fails partly because the operator will not do outreach, conversations, or direct asks — and posting AI content becomes a way to avoid them. We are not presenting this as a data-backed ranking, and we will not sell you "sales confidence." The free framework below teaches the part that can be taught: the conversations themselves.
THE FIX — Reframe selling as conversations: a script for 10 outreach conversations a week (research the person, name their problem, offer the specific result, make one clear ask), follow up twice, and keep a simple log of objections so the offer improves. The templates can be taught; the willingness has to be yours.
How to read this ranking: #1 and #2 can trade places depending on the business. An offer nobody wants and an offer nobody sees both produce zero revenue, and many beginners face both at once. #3 and #4 are newer AI-era problems. One important limit: we found no study that surveys AI-first solo businesses as a group and ranks their failure causes. This list combines general small-business and startup data (strong), AI-specific trust and enforcement data (moderate), and practitioner post-mortems (weak). It is a synthesis, not the conclusion of one study.
Consistency (#5) and willingness to sell (#9) cannot honestly be delivered or guaranteed as paid services. We can give you a practical system and a useful script. Following through is still your part.

FREE HELP · FOR #9 — SELLING WITHOUT FEELING SALESY
Also free, always: the basics of validating an idea before you build, checking AI output before you publish it, and why owning your customer list matters more than any platform. Those explainers live in this section — they are the top of the funnel, not a product.
Ask three AI assistants for a local recommendation and you’ll get three different answers built from three different sources. A 2026 study of roughly 8,000 local queries found Google’s AI Mode pulls from Google Maps and Business Profile data about 80% of the time, AI Overviews cite the business’s own website about 71% of the time, and a separate 2026 analysis found Yelp in 80% of ChatGPT’s local-business answers. And 86% of local AI citations come from sources a business can actually influence. “AI visibility” isn’t one checklist — it’s three separate jobs, and all three are winnable. And the ground is shifting underneath them: an October 2026 analysis of three U.S. florists found 26% fewer Google Business Profile interactions than the same months in 2025 (small sample, published as a press release by strategist Art Conforti — the direction, not the number, is what matches the wider move to AI-answered search).
PLAYBOOK 1
About 80% of AI Mode’s local citations point to Maps and profile data. The levers: the most specific category, accurate hours, your real services, and a steady stream of recent written reviews. (Reuters, Oct 13, 2026: Gemini 4, codename Argon, is rolling out globally in AI Mode for AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.)
Evidence — strong. 2026 study, roughly 8,000 local queries.
PLAYBOOK 2
About 71% of AI Overview citations point to the business’s own site. The levers: a clear page per service, direct one-sentence answers to real customer questions, and facts that are current.
Evidence — strong. Same 2026 study; about 93% of cited domains were individual business websites.
PLAYBOOK 3
Yelp appeared in 80% of ChatGPT’s local-business answers in a 2026 analysis — and the same listing feeds Siri and Alexa. One claimed, complete, actively reviewed Yelp listing does triple duty.
Evidence — strong. 2026 analysis of ChatGPT local answers.
Written the way people actually ask AI assistants — and the way AI assistants quote answers.
Because ChatGPT leans on Yelp for local answers. Yelp appeared in 80% of ChatGPT’s local-business answers in a 2026 analysis. An unclaimed or thin Yelp listing makes you invisible there, no matter how good your website is — and the same listing feeds Siri and Alexa too.
AI Mode draws on Google Maps and Business Profile data about 80% of the time. The lever is a complete profile: the most specific category for what you do, accurate hours, your real services in your own words, and recent written reviews arriving steadily.
No. Google states directly that no special files or markup are needed for AI search, and a 2026 study of 137,000 domains found 97% of llms.txt files were never requested by any crawler. The honest work is the basics: complete profiles, a clear website, real reviews.
Yes — and wrong hours, addresses, and closure status are the most common errors. AI assistants check your website and your profiles as their sources of truth, so one stale listing becomes a wrong answer repeated everywhere. Keeping every source current is the fix.
Start free: run our website grader. It runs Google’s own test on your site and checks the craftsmanship details AI Overviews notice — the same test data behind the AI answers that cite business websites. No email required.
You may have blocked the wrong one. Blocking GPTBot doesn’t affect ChatGPT’s answers at all; blocking OAI-SearchBot removes your site from them entirely. If your robots.txt was copied from a panic-era template, it’s worth ten minutes to check — our $59 QA Audit includes the AI-crawler access check.
$99 one-time gets it done for you here. The Google Pilot is full-service work: our specialists optimize the profile, set up the review-request system, and answer your existing reviews. Monthly management after that runs $199–$799 depending on how much you want handled.
Ask every customer the same way, on their own device, through Google’s own review link — no incentives, no pre-screening, no staff-name requests. Google’s 2026 rules ban staff review quotas and content-specific requests, and the FTC’s fake-review rule carries penalties up to $53,088 per violation. The $99 Pilot sets up a compliant review system for you.
Start with what’s free: claim and complete your Google Business Profile, claim your Yelp listing, and run our free website grader. Those three cost nothing, and they’re the same three assets AI assistants check before recommending anyone. When free stops being enough, the $99 Pilot is the cheapest full-service step.
Run it through our free grader. It scores what Google’s own test finds — speed, accessibility, SEO, and the craftsmanship details AI Overviews notice — plus an 8-question visibility check. If the grade is bad, the $59 QA Audit tells you exactly what to fix, in plain language.
Do the free parts yourself; hire out the parts that need consistency. Claiming profiles and asking for reviews costs nothing but discipline. Writing, posting, and monitoring every single week is where most businesses stall — that’s the work our $199–$799 monthly plans take off your plate, handled by human marketing experts.
It’s the three playbooks above: a complete Google Business Profile for AI Mode, a clear question-answering website for AI Overviews, and a claimed Yelp listing for ChatGPT, Siri, and Alexa. No special files, no secret schema — Google says so directly.
Want all three playbooks handled for you? That’s the $99 Google Pilot — full-service work on your profile, your review system, and the website answers AI Overviews cite. Our specialists do the work; you approve it.
We use AI every day. It is fast and useful, but it does not choose the strategy, verify every fact, or finish the work for the place it will actually run. Customers notice those gaps.
Low-cost tools can produce quick drafts. You still have to prompt, check, resize, rewrite, and publish them.
Good for a first draft. Risky as your whole marketing plan.
We apply specialist expertise, practical judgment, and hands-on follow-through. AI-powered tools support production in the background; human marketing experts review every detail before the work reaches you.
Built to stand out next to DIY listings — not blend in with them.
Google itself recommends this workflow: its Search Central guidance (updated Oct. 2026) says AI-written content should be reviewed by a human for accuracy before publishing — that review step is the core of how we work.
For most businesses, the first stop is Google. Customers check your profile, recent reviews, hours, photos, and services before they call. We build that foundation first, then bring specialist expertise to the reviews, ads, pages, print pieces, and campaigns that support it. AI-powered tools help us work efficiently in the background, while human marketing experts check, edit, and finish every detail before it reaches you. Raw AI output never goes out the door. Setup is white-glove: Sean meets with you by voice or video, walks through everything step by step, helps set up your business email and link it to your phone, hands over your optimized Google profile, and answers your questions before the work is considered finished.
Two paths, one team. Want to be your own boss? Starting your own business is easier than you think, and cheaper than you think — we handle the website, your business email, phone and call setup, advertising, marketing, and payment pages, all of it. Already have a business? We monitor and manage it — you grow.
Three straightforward steps. No unnecessary meetings and no layers of account management. AI helps. Humans decide.
Use the short form below to tell us about the business, what you sell, and what you want help with. If you are not sure which service fits, say so. Recommending the right starting point is part of the job.
We use specialist marketing expertise across research, copy, design, and setup, with AI-powered tools supporting the production work in the background. Human marketing experts check the facts, improve the wording and design, and make sure the finished work sounds like your business before you see it.
Sean gets on a personal voice or video call with you and walks through everything step by step — setting up your business email, linking it to your phone, handing over the optimized Google profile, and answering your questions. Nothing is posted, printed, or sent without your approval, and every piece includes two revision rounds.
Our protocol is what you pay for. Every deliverable goes through repeated AI review rounds — drafted, challenged, corrected, proofread, and performance-checked — before human marketing experts approve the final. Unparalleled accuracy and performance, on every job.
AI can invent facts, cite sources that do not exist, change its answer when asked twice, and agree with a bad premise. So nothing goes live on fluency alone.
Every deliverable passes source checks, deterministic tests, adversarial review, and human approval:
Every claim gets questioned the way a skeptic would question it: is this fact real, is this number right, does this contradict something else on the page?
Everything the challenge finds gets fixed — then the fixed version goes back through the challenge again. Two clean passes in a row, or it doesn't ship.
Human marketing experts proofread the final, verify prices, hours, and claims against your real business, and confirm it sounds like you. Nothing goes out on AI's word alone.
This isn't "AI checking AI." It's independent evidence, deterministic tests, an error ledger, and human release control. When a new error gets through, it becomes a permanent rule in the protocol.
Facts, money, business policies, and legal, health, or financial claims get stricter gates than low-risk style edits — your prices, hours, and promises get the strictest checks we have.
It's already happened to bigger names than yours: an airline's chatbot invented a bereavement fare policy and the airline was ordered to pay up. A global firm's AI-written government report came back full of fabricated citations. In September 2026, a Florida appeals court ordered a lawyer to show cause over filings that bore the “hallmarks of AI output” — no fabricated citations, just no independent professional judgment (Reuters, Sept 30, 2026). If it happens to them, it can happen to your business page.
Two numbers worth sitting with: every one of 15 websites built by five leading AI tools failed even the most basic accessibility tier (AudioEye study, reported Sept 29, 2026) — and more than 1 in 4 AI answers about local businesses contains made-up details about hours, addresses, or closures (FirstPageSage, Oct 2026). AI can build you a beautiful website that gets you sued — or an AI answer that invents your hours.
This month it moved past lawsuits: on Oct. 14, 2026, the FTC sent civil investigative demands to OpenAI and Anthropic — over 50 pages each, covering their marketing materials (first reported by Axios; confirmed by the FTC to CBS News, Oct. 15). The FTC is now checking the AI giants’ own marketing claims. This is the audit that checks yours before a customer — or a regulator — does.
Already used AI yourself? The $59 AI Output QA Audit fact-checks your live pages and listings, flags what's wrong, and tells you what to fix — a checklist review, not legal advice.
These plans keep your Google presence, reviews, and ongoing marketing current each month. Most clients begin with the $99 Google Pilot, then choose a plan with a one-time setup fee. Every plan includes human review and two revision rounds per piece. There is no long-term contract; cancel anytime.

Included free with every monthly plan: one custom branded QR code, personally made with your logo in the center, your brand colors, and a link to whatever you need — most often a scan-to-leave-a-review code that opens your Google review page for the counter, receipts, or storefront.
Prices cover creative work and campaign setup. Ad spend (what the platforms charge to run your ads) and printing costs are billed separately at cost — we'll always tell you the number before anything runs.
Real talk on timing: your profile will look better in a matter of weeks. The compounding stuff — reviews stacking up, pages climbing — takes months. That’s true of every honest marketing service at any price. We’d rather say it now than have you wondering later.
Pause or cancel anytime — but know what pauses with you: Google rewards active profiles, and competitors keep posting, collecting reviews, and updating photos while you stand still. Stop, and you don't stay put — you slide. The monthly plans exist so that upkeep happens without you thinking about it.
What we don’t do: we don’t buy reviews, we don’t hide or filter out bad ones, we don’t lock you into a contract, and your replies are approved by our specialists — never auto-posted by software pretending to be you. No fake scarcity either — no “only 3 spots left” when there are plenty, no made-up deadlines. When we put a date on something, it’s a real one.

Includes Google's October 2026 channel-priority setup (cap or switch off low-priority channels so they can't spend your budget) and an automated-assets check — since Oct 12, 2026, Google pulls promos from your website into your ads by default unless you opt out — plus a stale-promo-page sweep, since eligible campaigns were auto-enrolled in Google’s Automated Promotions (opt-out) starting Oct 12, 2026, so no old deal you never approved runs as your ad. You fund your own ad spend, confirmed in writing first; the $179 covers the setup work, not the ads themselves, and no result is promised. | $179 | Pay $179 |
| AI Output QA Audit | A fact and claim check of your live pages and listings, plus a copyright, human-authorship, and disclosure checklist. A checklist review — not legal advice. | $59 | Pay $59 |
| Bad-Review Triage Sprint | For the morning after a bad review: within 24–48 hours you get a human-written public response draft (reviewed by our specialists), an assessment of whether the review violates Google's policies with the exact reporting path, and a 3-step plan so the next one doesn't blindside you. What we never promise: removal — Google decides that, and most removal attempts fail. What you get is the right response and the right process, handled compliantly. | $99 | Request a quote |
Need something else — a logo, flyers, extra listings, or one-off help? Every project starts with a conversation. Request a quote and we will price it in writing before any work starts.
New customers find you in the places they already look — the same legitimate lanes described in Get found. No bots, no bought visitors, no fake reviews, no guaranteed #1 ranking.
Your name, address, phone, and offers identical and current wherever a nearby customer searches — the setup that search engines and AI answers pull from.
A properly set up presence where buyers already shop puts your offer in front of people who arrived ready to buy — instead of waiting for them to find a brand-new website.
The Launch Kit's second phase builds email capture and a welcome sequence, so visitors become contacts you can reach again without paying a platform.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Refer a business owner to Market Pro. When they become a paying client, they receive $25 off their first purchase and you receive $50 in Market Pro credit.
Your $50 credit applies to any Market Pro service.
Refer as many business owners as you like.
Credit is issued once the referred client's payment clears.
The new client can name you in the optional “Who referred you?” field below.
Tell us about the business, deal, or goal and the kind of help you need. The form builds a clear request summary that you can send by email.
You’ll receive an answer from a specialist within 24 hours — with pricing and practical next steps. That same 24-hour response applies to custom branded QR code requests.
Market Pro helps owners who are trying AI for the first time and founders who used it to write, design, and post nearly everything. For full-service work, you do not need to research more tools or learn prompting. We focus on the practical questions: How will customers find the business? How will you earn real reviews? What will make the offer look credible and distinct?
For our marketing services, you do not need to create accounts, write prompts, or learn another dashboard. Describe the business in plain language and review the finished work. If you prefer to learn the tools yourself, choose the separate AI Setup Session.
When someone nearby needs what you sell, they search Google — not your social pages. So the first move is your Google profile and your reviews: the two things a beginner can fix once and benefit from every day after.
The $99 Google Pilot lets you see the work before considering a monthly plan. We improve the profile, set up the review system, and provide a plain-language report of what changed. Then you decide whether ongoing help is worthwhile.
There are dozens of AI chatbots now, but nine of them matter for a normal business owner. Here is what each one is genuinely good at, what it costs, and where it falls short — as of October 2026. Prices and free tiers change often, so check the provider before you pay for anything.
| Assistant | Maker | Free option | Paid plans | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | OpenAI | Yes, generous | Plus $20/mo | All-around default |
| Claude | Anthropic | Yes, limited daily messages | Pro $20/mo | Writing, coding, long documents |
| Gemini | Yes | AI Plus from $7.99/mo | Google Workspace users | |
| Grok | xAI | Limited | SuperGrok $30/mo | Real-time news and X research |
| Perplexity | Perplexity AI | Yes | Pro ~$20/mo | Research with cited sources |
| Microsoft Copilot | Microsoft | Yes, limited | Microsoft 365 plans | Office and Windows work |
| Meta AI | Meta | Yes, fully free | None | Casual everyday questions |
| DeepSeek | DeepSeek | Yes | API only, pay as you go | Budget and technical use |
| Mistral Le Chat | Mistral AI | Yes | Pro $14.99/mo | European alternative |
Pros: the most capable all-rounder — documents, images, data analysis, and agentic tasks in one place, with the biggest ecosystem of integrations. Cons: the free tier quietly limits the expensive tools, and headline benchmark scores should be treated as a ceiling, not a promise.
Pros: the best writer of the bunch, leads the coding benchmarks, and a huge context window swallows long documents whole. Cons: the free tier caps daily messages, and there is no native image generation.
Pros: lives inside Gmail, Docs, and Drive; answers are grounded in Google Search; the cheapest entry-level paid tier. Cons: the free tier throttles under heavy use, and it is weaker as a standalone coder.
Pros: real-time X and web access nobody else matches on a chat interface, and it turns prompts into real files — PDFs, slides, spreadsheets. Cons: the best features sit behind pricier tiers, and the app ecosystem is smaller.
Pros: every answer cites its sources, and it routes your question to the best model behind the scenes. Cons: not built for coding, and Pro costs the same $20 as the full chatbots.
Pros: built into Windows and Office — a natural fit if your business already runs on Microsoft 365. Cons: the consumer free tier is limited, and the serious AI features need a paid 365 plan.
Pros: completely free and already inside WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Cons: basic capabilities next to the paid leaders, and it is ad-supported.
Pros: open weights you can self-host, and the cheapest serious option for technical work. Cons: limited web search in the chat interface, and the interface itself is bare-bones.
Pros: a strong European alternative with a cheaper Pro tier at $14.99. Cons: a smaller ecosystem and fewer integrations than the big three.
AI can support work that earns legitimate traffic. It cannot manufacture customers or promise a #1 ranking. Shortcuts such as bots, bought clicks, and fake reviews create risk without building trust. Here is the work we do instead.
A complete Google profile with the right categories, services, hours, and photos; consistent name, address, and phone everywhere; and a page that uses the exact words customers type — "AI marketing help," "get more Google reviews," the service + town. That's the setup that search engines and AI answers pull from.
When two businesses appear side by side, people pick the one with recent, real reviews — and thoughtful replies to them. We build the request system (link + QR, sent at the right moment) and answer every review. Legitimate reviews are the review system: your actual customers, in their own words.
Your own Google profile, a clear one-page site, and listings in the places people hire from — directories and marketplaces for your trade. AI helps us draft that content quickly and keep it consistent, so a new business appears established everywhere a customer checks.
Standing out, legitimately, is simpler: be complete where competitors are half-finished, be reviewed where they're silent, and be clear where they're generic. That's the whole strategy.
Yes. The Google Pilot is designed for established local businesses with a solid reputation but an incomplete profile, too few recent reviews, or no clear website. The $99 Google Pilot strengthens that foundation first, where nearby customers are already looking.
Completely real, and that's a hard rule here. We set up an easy way to ask your actual customers for reviews — a link and a QR code — and we respond to what comes in. We never buy reviews, write fake ones, or screen out unhappy customers to inflate your rating. We ask every customer the same way, on their own device, through Google's own review link and QR code — no pre-screening customers, no incentives, no staff-name requests, no in-store tablets. Google's April 2026 rules ban staff review quotas and content-specific review requests (pre-screening, incentives, and on-premises pressure were already banned), and the FTC's fake-review rule carries penalties up to $53,088 per violation. Most shops break at least one of these rules without knowing it — our process is compliant by design. On Oct. 13, 2026, the FTC announced a lawsuit and temporary restraining order against Digital Forensics Corp. — the complaint alleges it suppressed negative reviews and generated thousands of fake positive ones under the FTC's review rule (16 CFR Part 465). The rule is being enforced right now; that's why we do it the slow, legal way.
Day 1–2: we audit your Google profile, reviews, and listings, and send you the written audit. Day 3: you approve the new description, photos, and review-request wording. Day 4–5: we publish everything and send a plain-language before-and-after report. Nothing goes live without your approval — two revision rounds are included.
With the Launch Kit — $349 one-time, paid upfront. We prepare and file your Maryland LLC (Articles of Organization — you cover only the state's $100 filing fee), then create and optimize your Google profile, set up your Facebook and Instagram pages, build a one-page website, write your first launch posts, and set up a review QR kit for your counter — plus a short AI walkthrough so you understand what everything does. You open with the whole foundation already in place.
Yes — Maryland LLC formation is included in the $349 Launch Kit at no extra charge. We prepare and file your Articles of Organization with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation through Maryland Business Express. The only extra cost is the state's own filing fee — $100, paid to the state, not to us. Most owners serve as their own resident agent (it must be a Maryland street address, not a P.O. box). Two honest heads-ups: Maryland charges every LLC a $300 annual report fee, due each April 15, and we are a marketing company, not a law firm — this is a filing service, not legal or tax advice.
The $99 Google Pilot is full-service work: we improve your Google Business Profile, set up the review-request system, and answer existing reviews. The AI Setup Session is one-on-one coaching: we teach you to use AI tools in your own business, then you continue the work yourself with a written action plan and 7 days of follow-up questions. Priced in writing on request. In short: Google Pilot — we do the work. AI Setup Session — we teach, you do.
Never. Every ad, post, flyer, and email is sent to you for approval first, with two rounds of revisions included. If you don't like it, it doesn't run.
Two things, always stated up front: ad spend — the money platforms like Facebook or Google charge to show your ads — and physical printing. Both are billed at cost with the number confirmed before anything runs. No surprises.
Use the same checklist smart owners use: we never promise #1 rankings or guaranteed customers, we never fake, buy, gate, or screen reviews — real reviews only, per the FTC's fake-review rule (up to $53,088 per violation) — you own all of your profiles and accounts, and every price and deliverable is quoted in writing before any work starts. What we do guarantee is the work itself: everything quoted in writing before you pay, approved by you before it goes live, and delivered as listed. And you can verify us today — no testimonials needed: launched October 2026, real business phone (240) 237-3952, email MarketProHDQ@gmail.com, site marketprohdq.com.
Across the market, one-time professional profile setup typically runs $99–$450. The Pilot sits at the bottom of that range because AI handles the production work and human marketing experts review every detail before you see it. Narrow scope, no sales team, no retainer — the price reflects how the work gets done, not corner-cutting.
Anytime. There's no contract term and no cancellation fee — work already delivered is yours to keep, including all source files.
